How do I add new colleagues to our Audience Answers account?

If you feel a colleague would benefit from access to your organisational account, there are two ways they can gain access.

1. As a registered user, you can email, ccing in your colleague, to advise us that they require access. In your email, please include their full name so we can register them correctly. If you work for an organisation with more than one Audience Answers account, please be sure to indicate in your email which account your colleague should be granted access to.

2. Alternatively, they can register for an Audience Answers account themselves. Once registered, an existing user of your organisation’s account will need to email us to confirm their permission in writing.
