How do I access Audience Answers as a touring organisation?
As a touring organisation, we appreciate that understanding your audiences is really important. To ensure you’re still able to collect valuable insights into your audiences, we’d invite you to take a look at our new survey offer. Our surveys are available as a standardised set of questions that explore the key characteristics of your audience/visitors: who they are, where they’re from, and how they rate their experience. Survey results are then available at any time via your Audience Answers dashboard.
To compliment the information a survey would provide, we’ve recently launched our new Touring Reports. These reports provide an overview of ticketing, primarily for use by touring organisations (though they can be used by venues too). Since Show Stats was retired in May 2023, these new reports provide valuable insight into your audiences/visitors, such as ticket sales, income as well as Audience Spectrum profiling from across an entire tour or simply one production.
