Multi-Year Funded organisations in Scotland - what you need to know

Creative Scotland has asked organisations in receipt of Multi-Year Funding to collect and submit data about their audiences by setting up either:

• An Audience Answers survey, which you then send out to your audiences. Responses will be collated and displayed in a secure dashboard
• Audience Answers ticketing insights: a connection between your ticketing system and Audience Answers, again with insights displayed in a secure dashboard.

You may sign up for one, or both of these services, which (as well as fulfilling Creative Scotland's requirements) will give you free access to valuable audience insights to support your work.

Please note: you do NOT need to register for a log in to Audience Answers yet. This will be created for you once your survey and/or ticketing insights are set up, and will then allow you access your organisation's secure data dashboards.
