Do I still need to complete production categorisation in Audience Answers?

Production categorisation involves assigning an art form to your ticketed productions, which you may have carried out when using the Audience Finder Data Tools, the predecessor to Audience Answers.

We are investigating machine learning solutions to avoid the need for organisations to undertake this process manually while still giving them the ability to check and amend artforms as they wish. We will update all users on this functionality in due course.
