Can my Audience Answers surveys be translated into another language?

The Audience Answers survey for Wales is available in both Welsh and English language.
There are no extra charges to organisations that require their Audience Answers survey to be run in both English and Welsh. Translation is part of our free service, as subsidised by the Arts Council of Wales, so all Audience Answers survey questions are available in Welsh as standard, free of charge. However, for organisations wishing to include their own bespoke questions, they will need to translate the bespoke question text themselves or we can provide a Welsh translation for a small additional cost.
Response data is displayed in English within the Audience Answers Survey Report, regardless of the language the questionnaire was completed in, with the exception of open text responses, which appear as written by the respondent.
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to support languages other than Welsh within the Audience Answers platform.
