As an ACE National Portfolio Organisation, can I collect Illuminate-compliant survey data through Audience Answers?

Yes, you can collect Illuminate-compliant survey data through Audience Answers surveys. Please note, we currently do not offer this service for Illuminate for ticketing data.

The core survey template includes all questions mandated by Arts Council England (ACE). Once this is set up, you can collect data towards the targets set for you by ACE for the Illuminate platform. Please note that your individual organisation targets for survey responses collected will not appear within Audience Answers.

Once collected, you can download your survey data (all responses will be available by the following day) as a CSV to upload to Illuminate based on the guidance produced by ACE. The Audience Agency will also email all NPOs a CSV download of their data to format on a quarterly basis.

Please note: NPOs can upload this data using the guidance provided through the Illuminate platform. As The Audience Agency does not operate this platform or service, we are unable to support with the upload process directly and recommend that you contact the Illuminate helpdesk, operated by PwC, for further information.
